JDS GIVE BACK FESTIVAL Vendor Rules and Regulations Festival Hours and Dates
The JDS Give Back Festival will take place:
Please complete the form below to apply for a vendor spot at the JDS Give Back Festival. Once your application is submitted, our team will review it. If you’re approved, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provide in this form.
Note: Your spot is not secured until payment is received. - Friday, September 5th – 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Saturday, September 6th – 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Vendor spaces are 10 ft x 15 ft, assigned by festival staff.
- Set-up starts at 9:00 a.m. All vendors must be checked in and set up by 4:00 p.m.
- Trailered displays or concessions must be set up by 3:00 p.m.
- All vehicles must be moved off-site by 4:00 p.m.
- Vendors must park in the designated vendor parking areas.
- Vendors are required to remain for the entire festival duration: 5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
- Vendors must supply their own equipment (e.g., tents, chairs, tables).
- Do not tie your tent to another vendor’s tent — this is a safety hazard.
- Keep your space clean and attractive throughout the festival.
- After the event, vendors must:
- Remove all trash.
- Sweep their area.
- Remove any debris.
- Vendors generating waste must provide covered trash containers for customer use and remove them after the event. Note: There will be no on-site garbage disposal.
- Vendors must provide water containers and follow all applicable health codes for produce and prepared food handling.
- A food permit is required from the City of Clute. Contact: (979) 265-2541 or www.clutetexas.gov
- Access to public water or electricity is not guaranteed.
- All food/products must come from approved sources (City of Clute standards).
- All items sold must be made by the vendor or the people listed on the application.
- JDS Give Back Festival staff will approve or deny specific items.
- The festival has the right to terminate participation at its discretion. No refunds will be given if terminated.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or participation.
- Upon acceptance, a final product list must be submitted. Any changes must be approved by the festival.
- You may not supplement your offerings with products made by others not listed in your application.
- False or misleading applications may result in removal from the festival.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal health and licensing regulations.
- Report and collect any applicable sales tax.
- Secure all required permits before the event (e.g., plant/nursery licenses, certified kitchens).
- Provide valid organic certification if selling certified organic products.
Terms & Liability Notice
The undersigned releases and holds harmless, Brazoria County Hispanic Lions Club, the City of Clute, and JD Silva & Associates from any of its associated organizations both public and private, waives all rights without limit upon liability for use of their property and facilities. The undersigned agrees that The JDS Give Back Festival may use any promotional material or volunteers submitted for publicizing the festival. The undersigned also agrees that all photographs taken at the festival may be used in any way by The JDS Give Back Festival so chooses. The undersigned confirms they have read and agree to the Vendor Rules & Regulations.
